10. I am back home! Not in Buffalo, NY... freezing my arse !
9. Sleeping on my own bed, at home...not in Buffalo, NY...freezing my arse { hotel bed was lumpy...I am bed-sensitive - reminds of Princess and the Pea - but I am no princess mind you --- just bed sensitive!}

Meeting new friends through LJ comms....welcome to my LJ - mainly for my writing and art {DV - mainly art and RL updates for friends and family - but to my LJ friends you are welcome to view...whenever curiosity gets the best of you and wonder what the heck I am doing in my RL crazed world...here...not in Bufalo, NY where I was freezing my arse !}
7. Writing and drawing - de-stressors...makes RL more sane! ... helped me while I was in Buffalo, NY ....freezing my arse !
6. I am nice and warm...toasty and cozy in my fleece jammies...no longer in Buffalo, NY...freezin my arse!
5. Cup of hot coffee! Freshly brewed at home..not in Buffalo, NY where I froze my arse!

I am not in Buffalo, NY ...freezing my arse!   Discussing about alcohol and drugs and trauma about substance abuse and how to stop the spread of drug and alcohol use among America's youth! yes I am one of those who deals with America's #1 problem and trying to find solutions for it <sighs> now you know why I love my LJ and DV world a lot!
1. I cannot stress it even more....I AM HOME...not in Buffalo, NY...freezing my arse! Using my own computer...connecting to LJ and DV and reading fics...fics...fics... THANKS F-list for adding sparklies to my RL!  Sends you all hugs and hugs and hugs.... I am glad I am home  yeah...yeah...not in Buffalo, NY freezing my arse!  SMILES to all of you! Hope you all have wonderful days ahead of you!

 

If anyone on my F-list happens to be a resident of Buffalo, NY...I bow to you!  Love your city but it's too cold!

Yeesss....brrrr! Due to lake effect snow from the Great Lakes and its close proximity to Canada. Last year they hand 27 feet of snow! We actually drove through an ice storm to go to Buffalo...ice was practically dredging us! And when we left the snow was packing down! Yes it is cold in Buffalo...funny thing though, the same storm system we hand in Buffalo is now lurking over where I leave and we are close to 0 degrees in temp due to high winds.
Fun...fun...fun...2 more weeks and it will be spring...think spring!

Is it so cold there? I live in a tropical country (read: summer all the year XD;;) so I won't stand cold places at all, I think XD;;
bu I'm planning to study abroad,, hope I can adjust myself to the cold XD;;

Yes it is sure nice to be back home!
I live in upstate New York myself. I am seven hours away from Buffalo, NY and visit that city every year for my conference but it's just very cold over there. It's cold over where I live too but, I guess being home makes the difference.

I lived in the Philippines and I actually miss the warm tropical weather year round...yes you will adjust! Good luck in your plans to study abroad!
