So here goes!
The rules are easy, just post 10 things that recently made you happy! Then tag 10 people and force them to post this meme on their LJs. Because it is good. Everyone needs a little happiness once in awhile.
10. I am back home! Not in
9. Sleeping on my own bed, at home...not in
8. Meeting new friends through LJ comms....welcome to my LJ - mainly for my writing and art {DV - mainly art and RL updates for friends and family - but to my LJ friends you are welcome to view...whenever curiosity gets the best of you and wonder what the heck I am doing in my RL crazed world...here...not in Bufalo, NY where I was freezing my arse !}
7. Writing and drawing - de-stressors...makes RL more sane! ... helped me while I was in
6. I am nice and warm...toasty and cozy in my fleece jammies...no longer in
5. Cup of hot coffee! Freshly brewed at home..not in
4. My chibi muses are back...welcomed me home as I returned from
3. My Yuji and Zach-chan...finally home with them...missed them so dearly<while I was in
2. I am not in
1. I cannot stress it even more....I AM HOME...not in
I invite everybody in my flist to take the time to work on this meme...it was actually fun doing it! Enjoy!

Date: 2008-03-10 11:10 am (UTC)I live in upstate New York myself. I am seven hours away from Buffalo, NY and visit that city every year for my conference but it's just very cold over there. It's cold over where I live too but, I guess being home makes the difference.
I lived in the Philippines and I actually miss the warm tropical weather year round...yes you will adjust! Good luck in your plans to study abroad!
